I don't think I've seen this discussed here yet.
This article spills some of the goodness for Season 4. (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/08/10/doctor_who_felicity_kendall/)

-Felicity Kendall
-Sir Ben Kingsley
-and the return of the Runaway Bride!

Had heard about some of that, but not all of them.

Spoiler Rant:

Ohh No! Not the Daleks again. Last time they were on, it was boring. I thought they were bringing back different villains for each season. Have they run out of them? What about rumors of the Rani?

You really don't need to spoiler something that is covered by the spoiler alert (i.e. Season 4 information). Besides, they didn't say they were bringing back that villain, just the creator of that villain.

Being intentionally vague in case the spoiler nazis decide you had to spoiler tag stuff even in a spoiler thread.

"They" didn't say anything about "that." To date, Kingsley's appearance and any role they may have offered to him are strictly rumors.

Interesting role to put Ben Kingsley into.

I can definitely see the resemblance. :)

Filming of Season 4 has been delayed, due to a large fire that consumed a set they were going to use. Apparently they were going to use the set of the miniseries Rome for a visit to ancient Rome, and, well, burned part of Rome to the ground.

Which is funny, because the last time the Doctor visited Ancient Rome (1st Doctor), he indirectly caused it to be burned to the ground.

Bovvered???

It's a reference to a catchphrase of one of Catherine Tate's recurring characters.
