Mine is "leased" though never plans to cancell DTV ever, can I still hack, or rip, or whaever "zipper" it? Like if I wanted to be able to unlock all Tivo options, and the USB's and such, how do I go about doing this? And will DTV do anything to me for doing so?
Hope I make sence...

You can get an Upgrade CD from DVRupgrade and Install it on a new larger Harddisk. Save the original harddisk and reinstall it when you return the leased machine. You also need to buy the PtVnet cd if you want to enable USB ports. remember it is leased so it must be returned in original condition.

You can "save to VCR", or replace VCR with DVD if you have a standalone DVD recorder.

K, but what type of software or whatever can I use to utilize my tuner card???
Remember, I lost my Media Center, so it's pretty much like a dead log atm.

Pull the Video Card out and read it. It will have Manufacturer, Model Numbers etc.
Even if its a HP, it will still have the HP ID on it. Do a search on HP's site and you will find the informtaion.
