I seriously hate everyone in this house.

Is it possible for no one to win?

I think that is the only outcome that would satisfy me.

Everyone does seem to be driving me nuts in some way.

Im voting for Eric since he is being forced to do things that he wouldnt normally do.

But then again, his quirky-ness kinda gets to me too.

Maybe Jessica, I dunno. Waiting to see if the house turns on the big two and get rid of kail!

I'm rooting for Jen and Zach. Jen because she really doesn't give a F, and Zach because he cares SO much, has had the house completely decide that he's not cool enough to hang out with, and is suddenly going to find himself in the jury house, at worst. He's the guy in High School that everyone deems a wierdo, but those who end up friends with him get a friend who, while socially definitely a bit awkward and creepy, is also the most true friend you could have. Nick knew it and was nice to him. He talked a little behind his back, but for the most part, he was the only one in the house to treat Zach as anything more than a mat to walk on. Nick is gone and Zach is STILL staying true to him.

That was definitely an FU from CBS to these contestants. Man that was cruel! Hate to say it but Kail is a goner. And ED must win HoH. 'Cause he and Dani for sure will go up. What an a$$ Dustin is. No matter what goes on between ED and Dani, she will never put him up.

Anyone catch House Calls? Nick finally saw Amber's true side. They played the clip where she told Dustin to put him up! It was great!

ScottE22

I hope Kail goes just to knock ED off whatever pedestal he thinks he's on. He struts around that house like a peacock with his chest all puffed out like he's the force to be reckoned with...

I just watched the YouTube clips of him going off on Dustin. Does he really think he's going to bully the house into doing what he wants?

Stupid question... Of course he does...

I loved this exchange:

Dick: You've been trying to get Nick out of the house since week 2! Don't deny it!
Eric: If you really wanted him to stick around, you could have, you know, voted for him to stay.

Not stupid at all. She was expecting someone, most likely Jen, to vote $250K and someone else to no even come close to $250K. With her vote she was guaranteed to stay in the veto competition and not lose any money.

The veto comp was awesome. Thumbs up the CBS for finally giving us a good challenge.

Jen is hilarious. she is by far the funniest person in the house and the smartest. I love to see all the fans she's earning week after week.

And don't forget all you Jen haters/now lovers, I'm the one that told you she's been acting this whole time.

CBS should stop the America's Player junk when Eric is on the block. Let him play the game and try to save himself without the distraction of doing these stupid tasks.

I really hope this plan works, and Eric stays. Just to shove a boot in ED.

Yeah. I was wondering why someone didn't do 249,999.99. They would have been safe as long as at least one person did the full 250k

Go Jen!!!

I have a lot of respect for Jameka and the Veto competition. She had no personal interest in the outcome, but she put herself out there. If I was her, I would have taken the $10,000 and run. (Meanwhile, Eric, being selfish, wanted Jameka to sacrafice herself just for him.)

The sad part about Eric is that even though ED is right that Eric is the two votes, he and Dani are giving him way too much credit. It wasn't because he wanted to vote for Kail both times, that is what America made him do!

I am kind of in a quandry about the vote. On one hand, I somewhat like Kail (probably the only one in America, but hey!) and dislike Eric. He thinks he is some gift to the game. He is apparently even trying to shomance Jessica. I want him out of the game. However, if Kail leaves, ED will be crushed, not a bad thought.

Suddenly Jen and Zach are in very good position in the house. Regardless of who goes next week, there is a war brewing between ED/Dani and the rest of the LNC. They should be able to float for the next couple of weeks.

Not stupid at all. She was expecting someone, most likely Jen, to vote $250K and someone else to no even come close to $250K. With her vote she was guaranteed to stay in the veto competition and not lose any money.

But this was the last question (although we don't know what would have happened if there was a tie.) There was NO WAY Jameka would give up $250K so that left it to Jen & Kail. If Kail was truely trying for the Veto, she should have done $250K unless she thought Jen would give up so much. But why $248,999?

Right - that's what I thought too. There was no reason to place in the "middle" on the last competition. The best she could do was tie. I didn't get her bid either.

But did they know it was the last question?

There was big board they were looking at with the titles of the questions listed. This was the last one revealed. I think they could safely assume it was the last question. :D Besides, each question was forcing them to give up more and more. Giving up a potential $250K is a lot. I don't see what else they could have asked.

Jameka praying was hilarious. BB must of had a blast editing and splicing those two shots of Jameka on her knees and Jen requesting accessories for her bunny outfit. It was totally priceless! Hardest I've laughed...oh, since Sunday evening!

Exactly, Montag. What Kail did was "smart"... She forfeited nothing by that decision. Jameka lost the competition and Jen lost 250K.

Kail also lost the competition, because the bid was to win the POV and she bid lower than the max. She ran the risk of having to give up 249k, so why not bid the extra 1k if she really did want to win? And if she didn't want to win it, why risk giving up anything at all?

unicorngoddess
08-08-2007, 10:55 AM
Really the only person I want to see win this is Jessica. In the end, I can see Eric, Dustin, Amber, Jessica and Jameka make it to the final 5. Sadly though, I think they'll cut Jameka off first. With her not being able to compete for HOH to keep the rest of them safe. They'll probably keep her around just for the numbers.

Also, was this the first time we've seen Jamika cry? Have we now seen everyone in thehouse shed at least one tear???

Slight clarification (which I didn't think was clear until it came up several times), if there are a # of people tied for highest bid, they all stay alive & all "get the bid." Hence the large # of people in bunny suits and dumping funk on themselves.

Jameka is an idiot. 30 days of slop, a week in a bunny suit, 24 hours of manure, 5 weeks of no HoH. The only reason I would ever give up all of that is if it was me on the chopping block. There's no way I would do it for someone else.

dirtypacman
08-08-2007, 02:12 PM
I was not impressed really with last nights episode... i needed even more conflict but thats just me.

Jameka is a total idiot in this game... she has absolutely no chance after giving up 5 of the next HOH competitions. She had no reason to go as far as she did and if she was even remotely smart would have realized GOD had given her a chance at $10,000 and still be in the game no hard feelings from the houseguests.

Although Eric looked like a deer in headlights during his argument with Dick he once again said just enough to make Dick look like the idiot.

I really can't stand Danielle at this point she should have fought to keep Nick in the game when she could have not go after someone for revenge.. both her and dick showed their cards on this one and it will not be forgotten by the remainder of the house.

Zach is riding the wave and its pretty pitiful to say he will most likely be a real threat as the season continues.

I think Jameka needs to realize that God gave her a shot at getting $5,000 which she didn't go for, and then He gave her a shot at $10,000 which she also ignored.

I can see where Jameka was coming from though, giving up the HOH comps. She feels safe with just about everyone in the house. Right now she's not worried that anyone would put her up and she probably didn't want the heat of being HOH to cause someone to want to come after her...but after she realized she gave up being HOH she realized what else that came with...letters from, pics, etc. And that's when she broke down.

No I really think she just does not play the game with her head very well and did not think ahead that she has no chance of being safe for the next 5 HOH competitions and knows she just sealed her own exit from the game.

So I'm guessing soon will be the double elimination week, with the 5 weeks of no HoH. Would be great this week. Eric stays, wins HoH, and has to put up 2 immediately--ED and Dani. The house makes it a tie and Eric gets to kick ED out. Then one is gone Sun. Would that not send ED home and not on the jury?

Now if ED makes it to the sequester house, that would be more fun to watch. He still would try to control everyone to vote his way.

No, that was pretty stupid. She either had to believe that Jen would bet all $250 K or that she wouldn't. If she thought Jen wouldn't then she was going to lose all that money anyway, she might as well throw in the last thousand. If she thought Jen would, then she knew that Jen was going to win the competition and use the Veto on herself. So now there is a fairly good chance that Kail is going home. In which case she just gave up all $500 K.
