I have TiVo Desktop 2.3 and have transferred tv shows from TiVo to my PC in the past, but now I can't. When I choose "Pick Recordings to Transfer," all I get is an empty window. Yes, I have a working Media Access Key.
Between my successful transfers (a year ago) and now, my router died and I replaced it ... both the old and new are Linksys models. Not sure that matters.
Spent a lot of time trying the support pages and these forums, but have not seen advice that seems to apply to my situation.
Anyone have any ideas?
