Rebates expired yesterday (Saturday, July 28th). Tivo hasn't posted any new rebates yet.
Circuit City lists the S2 DT 80-hour as $250 and the Tivo HD 180-hr as $300. Best Buy and the Tivo Community Store both have the prices of the Tivo HD marked down for rebates to $100 and $80, respectively, but the rebates have clearly expired.

Forgot about Tivo.com. The price there is still $100 since you don't have to go through rebate hassles when you purchase directly from them.
