Can I run qunlock from the Universal Boot CD?

I purchased the Universal Boot CD with the impression that I could run qunlock from the CD since it is documented as being on there. I do not have a functioning floppy drive, so using diskutil is out of the question for my situation.

All I want to do is unlock my drive so I can install my cachecard drivers and make daily updates via the web.

Both qunlock and diskutil are DOS programs.
