Lockup on Zippered HDVR2 after "blessing" 2nd drive...

I have an HDVR2 that has been zippered for over a year, no troubles at all. Last weekend, I used mfstools to bless a 2nd drive for it. The 2nd drive was taken from a SAT-T60 (not zippered). This drive was also the 2nd drive in the SAT-T60. I didn't do anything to the drive before blessing it, I just pulled it from the SAT-T60 and put it in the HDVR2 (I did the mfstools blessing in between, of course).

Any thoughts?

I guess I should point out that the lockups have started occurring after I blessed the 2nt drive into the HDVR2. No lockups prior, 2 since (after the 2nd, in only a couple of days, I unplugged it (I figured sitting there locked up wasn't helping the case).
