I have a Palm OS based Treo 650 (NOT a Windows CE version). Before I go out and get an expansion card, has anyone had any success doing this?

Sure, I use TiVo Desktop to transcode TTG videos for my Treo all the time. There is a Treo 650 profile built into TiVo Desktop (assuming you pay for the Plus upgrade).

What software do you use to play back the mpeg-4 videos? Is there freeware out there that will do a good job?
