SA Series 1 vs SA Series 2 Dual Tuner

I have a Series 1 SA unit and am considerint upgrading to the new Series 2 SA Dual Tuner unit. I'm looking for the pros vs cons of doing this. Any and all info would be greatly appreicated!! Thank you!! :)
