One of my favorite video podcasts is Geekbrief. Cali recommended the program Mpeg Streamclip (http://www.squared5.com/) as a universal file converter. I've just downloaded it and will try it. As most of you know I want to convert pretty much everything I have into H.264 since every settop and mobile device supports that format. The specs look good and so do some of the reviews I've read.
It's also supposed to be able to do batch conversions. I really hope so. I'd like to set it up, point it to a directory and say - convert every file in that directory. And then let it chug away for days or however long it takes.
Any thoughts.
