What was up with the sob story??? I didn't quite get the jist of it. But it was funny just seeing him go on and on about absolutely nothing.

It will be interesting to see the impact that America's Player will have on Eric's voting. I'm casting my vote to evict Amber because I'm already tired of her constant crying and seeing her red face bawling in the DR. Yes we know you're there for your family, but if your family means that much to you, I'm a firm believer in not leaving them behind like that. I don't like it when people come into the game doing that.

I don't see how they can have Eric vote based on America's choice. That's not really fair for him, because he can't join alliences or anything.

Carol looks a lot like Michelle Rodriguez. Oh, and I also would like to see Carol stay because I would rather see Jessica voted out just to shut her up. What's Jessica's beef anyhow??? As if her annoying voice wasn't bad enough we have to hear her go on and on about someone she hates over a matter $5.

That is true. I was really pissed at God after this show. I am mad he is spending his power putting people on the BB nomination block to teach them a lesson. At least he ignored her when she asked for help in the power of veto.

Um. Yeah. You can't go around saying stuff like "I know my kid is watching" and "God is on my side" and follow it up with "I'm totally a nympho" because I think God wouldn't want your grandmother to have to explain to your child that mommy is a ho and trying to hook up on television. For money.

I think Amber needs to go she is absolutely boring and has horrible game. Carol is very manipulative and she could be very interesting.

Another vote hoping Jensaneasylum stays. I loved Dick calling her out last night. For those watching the live feeds, has the blonde with the eating disorder admitted it to anyone else in the house yet? There is no way that it can't come out in a house with no privacy, and she must have known that going into the game.

Even though the task was lame (and especially who America picked), I thought Eric did a good job with the task. Even going so far as to put eyedrops in to make his eyes water. And then Kail saying how he was so sensitive -- pretty funny.

I voted for the sob story to be told to Joe. I wanted to see more drama involved in the story :)

He could've made up a story about how he had a gay friend in high school that got gonareah and I bet we would've seen and explosion of drama all over the place.

I'm not watching the live feeds or the "after dark" show, so all I know of Jen is the BB CBS broadcast. And from that, I was really disappointed when Danielle chose not to use POV last night.

And what's up with Kail saying if the POV was used, she would have to do some quick thinking? Why wouldn't you know who your backup nominee was from the beginning? Stupid move, IMO.

Jen is freaking delusional!

She gets jealous and fabricates a story that "Nick tried to kiss me?" And when called on it, ends up looking like a total fool ....what a great scene that was. That girl is so unbelievably insecure, it's almost pathetic.

I don't think there's ever been somebody as messed up on BB before ...this girl has some serious issues.

And Amber with her whiney "please lord, my family is depending on me" incessant yapping and moaning. Her nose is always red cuz she's alway crying and blabbering. Sheesh....cry me a river, build a bridge and get over it!

Get rid of Amber, but keep Jen (those freaking shirts of hers are really obnoxious) merely for the train wreck drama that's coming down the tracks.

Im thinking Nick may be gay. Some of his comments are leading me to that conclusion. Or goes both ways. He was comfortable letting the one guy have his leg over him during the veto introductions in the living room.

Yup.. Jen is nuts. She first says in the Diary room how she doesn't like his body type then she gets jealous he shows attention to other girls, then makes up a lie about kissing him. Isn't that sort of 16 yr old behavior?

Oh well, It's fun when the crazies stay as long as possible. :)

I must say it's so nice to have the last two seasons behind us. They were awful in comparison so far.

07-11-2007, 10:19 AM
I know girls like Jen, and I can tell you... she probably doesn't think she lied about him trying to kiss her. She thinks everyone wants to kiss her. And even her "sorta" apology was more like she was sorry she said anything. And the only reason she wants him now is that he's shown interest in someone else. The sad thing is, as pathetic as she looks in this show, she'll watch it when she's booted and not be even like one bit different.

I can buy breasts that big if I want them, but she can't buy a clue. Or, apparently, a shirt without "Jen" on it. I think she wears them so she can remember her own name.

The only thing suprising is that the words aren't on there backwards, since it would be much easier for her to read when she's looking in a mirror!

I would put money on this:

She has someone on the outside waiting for the right time to put shirts with "jen" phrases on them for sale on the internet. Too bad for her she will not gain the popularity needed to follow through with this entrepreneurial endeavor.

How do the producers find people who not only want to both be on the show, but also have a past/history together? It just seems like way too much of a coincidence. And I can't imagine if someone like Joe auditioned for BB and said he had a negative history with Dustin, that BB would contact Dustin and he'd be extremely interested in being on a reality show.

I don't get how that works.

And secondly...anyone know why they call him "Evil Dick?"

I knew Daniele's hiding place was going to be the toughest. Know one was going to go near that slop!

I was thinking that if Dannielle were REALLY smart, she would have come out of the house on one of her seeking trips with slop dripping from her hand. Then people would think she'd already looked there.

I will spoilerize it just in case:

No one in the house has said anything but on the forums people have noticed that she is an expert at not eating. She will sit at the table and put food on her plate and does a fantastic job of looking like she is eating but only eats a couple bites. Some of the feedsters have said that is a classic sign of Anorexia.

I never understood how that works either, but there was a short discussion between Joe and Dustin earlier this week (sorry I forget where I heard it)...

Joe was saying to Dustin that he belonged to be in the house more than Dustin did because Joe applied and Dustin was "recruited".

There was a similar conversation with Carol one night when she was freaking out about the cameras and it was also implied that Jessica was the applicant and that Carol was "recruited".

The implication - to me anyway - is that of the 6 with past histories:
Evil Dick/Danielle, Jessica/Carol, Dustin/Joe -
one of them submitted an application and the other was "recruited" by Big Brother.

That would kindof make sense if you think about past seasons - especially with the year with all the ex's together - that one applied and the other was recruited by the producers.

I don't know for a fact if this is true
- but it does kindof make sense.

That makes sense that Jessica was the one that applied. I doubt Carol even remembered the $5 feud with Jessica. I am sure that it was still in the foreground of Jessica's empty little brain when she was asked about her past and if she had any enemies.

They do very complete profiles of applicants from what I understand. In Big Brother Australia this year, for example, they actually had a boyfriend/girlfriend combo secretely as the twist, but on top of that, when setting it up they had found out that the girl's former boyfriend had previously applied for the show so they tracked him down in Canada and put him in as well.

I suspect in the application, questionnaire and interview process they get pretty complete details including names and such. They might even question those around you, then it is just a matter of finding some people and seeing if any of them are worthwhile to throwing in there. I suspect this one was not too hard because the father/daughter and boyfriend thing would have come up in interviews for sure. Not so sure about the high school friends though. Perhaps it as much as someone like Jessica mentioning she had a friend in High school who they eventually got in a fight and no longer talked. They asked her the name, she said Carol and they found a yearbook or something and looked her up.

I know that many of the contested are recruited, especially the "twists", but I often wonder how they can approach some of these people without revealing why they were contacted.

I will props to the producers for the Cowboy/Nikomis twist of a few years ago. That must have taken quite of bit of work to get those two together.

Jessica comes across as the person who hasn't figured out that High School is over and she needs to move on with her life. Her "rivalry" with Carol is so onesided. Carol seems to have no hard feelings against Jessica at all (unless there are some being shown on the live feeds/After Dark)

Amber is quickly turning into my least favorite player. I just can't handle the non-stop crying.

I thought Nick's "...Or guy. Questionmark?" was hilarious. He does stuff that could be considered "gay," but I don't think he is. I don't think anything he's done is enough to tell us one way or another anything for sure. He sure doesn't give a reason for people to guess otherwise, though.

Jen is such a hoot. Maybe the producers will spin off a new show just about her....The JenShow starring Jen. All Jen, all the time! There is just so much you could take, even if she is hawt!

Nick is definitely the dark horse this season. He's trying to infiltrate all groups so that he doesn't end up on the chopping block.

Jameka is another one flying low under the radar. I wouldn't be surprised if she and Nick had a super secret alliance a la Danielle and Jason in season 3.
