Lost data in TiVo Desktop

I had 5 shows to transfer using TiVo Desktop. 2 transferred successfully, 1 stopped in the middle because I had a problem with my computer. Before the computer problem, all I had to do was click on "pick recordings to transfer" and I saw what I'd saved on the tv and could choose what I want. All of a sudden, those shows no longer appear under "pick recordings to transfer", although they still appear in my now playing list on the TV. Also I recorded another program tonight, and it doesn't show up on the "pict to transfer" area. Any ideas what happened to them and how to get them back? Thanks for any help, Sue

Just realized that the computer problem I had today is with my wireless connection.
My router is shot, so until I get another one, I have my laptop hardwired via ethernet to the cable modem. Since my TiVo is wireless, hmmm, could that be the problem?
Gotta get a new router ASAP.

Once I get a new router, will I need to reset my TiVo?
