TiVo can't find program on guide.

I would like to record to a season pass a program that is starting Saturday at 9 on the Hallmark Channel. The show is called Avenging Angel, but TIVO doesn't find it either online or in the "find programs" function. Is there something I need to do in order to get TIVO to be able to find this program?

Is the Hallmark Channel selected in the "channels I recieve" list?

Are you sure you have the name of the show correct?

If you search by time/channel, what does the Hallmark Channel show is set to air at that time?

Just realized that my cable company took it off my lineup and made it a digital channel so I don't receive it anymore. I never watched the Hallmark channel, and now that I want it it's gone! Go figure! Thanks for your help anyway,
