HR10-250 has power, is on, but no signal???

My HR10-250 is connected to power, the fan is running , and I can see the red light on the digital out blinking but the system wont send a signal and the power light in the front wont turn on. I tried rebooting, tried the standby button, etc.

Any ideas? I dont think its the hard drive. It was working fine yesterday. I scoured the web but I havent seen a similar problem.

Any help is appreciated.
