Swivel Search with my Toshiba Tivo?

I have a Toshiba RS-TX20 DVD Tivo and can't find swivel search in my options. I am running version 8.3 software. How can I get this feature to work?

Two questions.

Is the TiVo connected to a broadband ethernet connection?
Is the TiVo using TiVo Basic (no fees) or are you paying for service?

The unit is connected to the internet via wireless hub, and I pay $12.95 a month for the service.

What's your Opt-In status at the bottom of the System Information screen? I've got USS on my TX20.
