Upgraded HDR112 - What's it worth?

I have a Philips Series 1 upgraded with a 100GB and 120GB drive on a 9th Tee bracket. I have all the manuals, cables, remote, and the original Quantum drive.

What is this guy worth?

Without lifetime subscription, less than the sum of what you'd pay for the HDs. Maybe $40 or so?

With lifetime subscription, could be looking at $200 maybe?
