Wrong Channel Lineup

I tried searching, but I couldn't find a good answer to this.

One of my channels is mislabeled. My Tivo thinks that my high definition channel 916 is WHA-DT (digital simulcast of WHA PBS), but it is actually WHA-HD, which is a High Def PBS channel, but NOT a simulcast of their normal channel. The programming is on at different times, so tivo always records the wrong shows.

How can I tell my TiVo that channel 916 is WHA-HD instead of WHA-DT so that it gets the correct guide data?

Tivo's channel lineup specialists do a decent job of keeping up with us and the cable co's changing channels around. When I've had problems (back to the S1 days), it was typically resolved within a day or two.

If you could enter a lineup manually, that would be a way around paying the subscription fees, wouldn't it? What would be to stop the more industrious from letting their box go into boat anchor mode and then manually entering the information to save a couple bucks :)
