will tivo ever put pic n pic software in there dvr's? would be nice to be able to watch a recording, pull up the guide, and schedule another program to record, without needing to pause the recording. i really love my series 3 tivo, since i now got the cable card to work, i am getting the second cable card installed next saturday, so i can take advantage of the dual tuner mode, and the pic quality is a lot better than time warners hd dvr.

They will put that in just after the coffee maker. Seriously if anybody did know the answer to that question they could not tell you because until TiVo makes an announcement about a feature it would be a secret !!!

but it is an unlikely feature due to the nature of the TiVo. I can well see why some would like and use the feature but since TiVo knows that typical use is not for live TV, and even that can be poaused, then it is a feature that will not add much bang for the buck for TiVo.
