Got a message today after my daily connection saying that I had been downloaded Swivel Search.

Do I need to restart my tivo to acctivate it because it doesn't show up in either of the 2 locations it should be in i.e. Find Programs or Now Playing>Select a Show>More Options?

I have the same issue here as well...

Same here. Go the message a few weeks ago and still no menu option. I don't use broadband, unbox, kidzone, etc. Wonder if one of those would trigger the menu option.

I could be wrong, but ISTR you need a broadband connection for Swivel to work.

I got same message today on my S2 DT - and DID see Swivel search in the now very busy menu ... funny thing is - I enter 1 letter in the text box and swivel search exits and takes me back to Tivo Central or something ... I may need to reboot it.

That's a bug in the system right now. Give it a bit of time and it should be resolved.

Mine just appeared one day. I assume that it was downloaded during a regular service connection.

However, it has since disappeared. I just tried to use it a little while ago and it ain't there now.

Does swivel search only work w/ a broadband connection?

I have noticed that when my network gets hosed and I need to reset my router that the swivel search disappears from the menu. After I reset the router, then menu item is back.
