Missing Channels from 110 Sat

I have one HR10 and one HR20. I sometimes cannot tune to the HD channels (ESPN, TNT, etc.) from the 110 satellite on the HR10. I can tune to those channels on the HR10 when the HR20 is tuned to one of the 110 satellite channels. Does this mean there is a problem with the HR10, the LNB, the multiswitch or something else?

Try using a different set of outputs from the mulitswitch.
Bypass the multiswitch to see if anything changes.
Check all cables.
I suspect the multiswitch.

Also make sure you have no regular splitters in the line after the multiswitch.

Could be the multiswitch. Try hooking the cables up to different outputs.
