The service is technically available everywhere in the U.S.
If you're going to use the phone line to connect, there's probably at least one local phone number. If you're going to use the internet, no problem there.
And TiVo gets its Guide data from Zap2It.com, so if your TV lineup is there, again nothing to worry about.

I think the question is a little strange.
I mean, it's like asking "Will my VCR work in Centerville, Nebraska?"

Tivo service should work in all States. I am with gastrof on this....
Its abit like "Well my Car works in Kentucky...Wonder if it will work in Indiana too?"

But you're not there now. Maybe Tivo stopped servicing that city since you've moved away ;)

I don't think so-- probably just a bit of confusion about what TiVo actually is, which happens from time to time. I think the OP may be under the impression that TiVo is actually a content provider, like Comcast or DirecTV, rather than a separate service designed to enhance the content that your cable or satellite company provide.

There is one TiVo service provider , from Alvisio California. It serves all of the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The nearest "non service",as stated, would be the availablilityof dial-ins for a phone connection, or the few obscure providers or building/complex based SMA TV systems.

Give this First Time poster some slack. The OP probably setup the TiVo a while ago and started using it to do the TiVo stuff. When the need to move struck, the question came up and the OP went to the forum for an answer to a legitimate nagging question.
TiVo is supposed to be used by people with little of the technical knowledge many of the forum members have collected. The OP should get an answer without a put down. I hope this OP will return with any questions about a re-setup of TiVo in a new location. One of the purposes of this forum is to answer these kinds of questions.

the OP got very good, clear answers and people had fun with the question itself, not the poster. I am sure the poster sees that most any TiVo question will get the correct answer here and the rest is just the fun that can be had here as well.
