Slingbox advice

My wife believes that she must have a slingbox so she can watch TV from other rooms in the house. Since I already have an 802.11g wireless network I think I will get:

A DLINK RangeBoost USB 802.11g Adapter for $49.99

and

A Slingbox Media The Slingbox AV model SB240-100 for $149.99

both from BestBuy online.

I wonder if anyone has a better idea.
