Using Tivo with Built-in Freeview

Hi,

I have searched extensively for info on this but can't find anything.

I have bought a Sony Bravia LCD TV with built in digital (freeview). I know that a wand is required to change the channel on digiboxes but what if the digibox is built into the tv?

At the moment I can only use my Tivo with the 5 terrestrial channels that are being transmitted in analogue, and these are going to be stopped next year - so I will have nothing to Tivo!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get an external freeview box for the TiVo. You cannot use a TV with a built-in freeview with a TiVo as a recording source.

I'm not sure what you searched on but this same question gets asked at least twice a week.
