Input button question

I am new user. everything has been working fine. Mistakenly pushed "input" button. Now nothing workes on remote except off/on. Would appreciate any help

My guess is that the TiVo remote changed your TV to accept its signal from another input, e.g., a DVD player instead of the TiVo. I'd press the input button several more times to cycle through all of your TV's inputs. If that doesn't work, find the TV's remote and make sure it's "on" the right input for your TiVo (depending on how the TiVo is connected to the TV, e.g. S-video).

When you programmed the TiVo remote to power the TV on and off, you also programmed it to control the TV's input control. It sounds like the TiVo's remote is controlling the TiVo correctly, but you're just not seeing it.

If my suggestion doesn't help, could you tell us what you do see on the TV?

It should not have that problem.

My Suggestion is to take out the remote batteries and put back in, and try again.
