Problem viewing a recorded program

Hello,
Recently I have had an issue veiwing recorded programs via my Tivo. During a program the picture and/or the audio go blank for a few seconds. Once this happens once in a program it happens throughout that entire recording.

Any Advice?

Reboot!

Simplistic? Yes, But it solves many weird problems.
