What if some brainiac at HBO decided to spinoff a show from The Sopranos? What would it be? What would you watch?
"Dr. Melfi" - nope :(
"The Leotardos" (clearly not my idea ;) ) - maybe
"Adventures with Pauly Walnuts" - likely
"Jammin' with Janice" -
anything else? ;)

As I said in the other thread, I'd love to see Tony and Paulie living together as the modern day Odd Couple.
Really though, I'd watch any show with Paulie

"Cooking with Artie Bucco" on the Food network.
Just about every episode of the show has spawned discussions about food. From what are Lincoln Log Sandwiches, Paulie buing a $3,000 capichino machine, why are Tony and Carmella eating so much sushi, to last weeks episode where everyone is discussing if ordering takeout would give away their hideout. Food is one of the constant elements throughout the series, and it is one of the "spinoffs" I might actually watch, if it was done as a cooking show.

Agent Dwight Harris - Parasite Man! - Agent Harris stars in his own show about a man with a job and newly discovered super-hero powers due to a parasite he picked up in Pakistan while working counter-terrorism for the FBI.
The Traveling Adventures of Finn DeTrolio, D.D.S. --- Still freaked out about his experiences with Vito Spatafore and the subsequent grilling at the hands of Tony Soprano and his crew, Finn stars in a 'Northern Exposure'-esque dramedy where he is trying to move on with his life after dating a reputed mobster's daughter has relocated to the fictitious town of Red Lock, South Dakota. As the only dentist within 80 miles of Red Lock, Finn meets many quirky characters each week. In the first episode, we find that Finn now has developed the odd habit of packing a suitcase every day when he gets home from the office.

After the finale last night, I'd like to see a "Sorpanos in Twin Peaks" spin-off. It would be directed by David Lynch and each episode would be more and more symbolic and less plot driven. By the end of the season the entire thing would be in interpretive dance and mime.

Meadow Soprano: Mob Lawyer
In this episode she finally slid right in line with her Mom as a mob wife, and it looks like lawyer as well. She said her motivation was seeing how an entire group of people could be victimized, referring to the constant FBI harassment of her father. While she might have thought that as a little girl, she's fully cognizant now of the Family Business. She's engaged to the son of another mobster. She's got Carmella's "Why do the cops pick on little old us" spiel down pat already.
The Sopranos paved the way for The Shield in a way, giving us a dirty cop as the star of the show. Has there ever been a dirty lawyer show? Defending people we know up front are criminals, making payoffs. Might be something there.
