I have a Hughes model SD40 with a 160 gb drive in it that's about 1.5 years old and it suddenly without warning, about 5 days ago it refused to boot up past the welcome screen. I've been told it almost assuredly is a hard drive problem, however, I made a drive using instantcake today and tried that in the unit and there's still no change. So, I'm stuck and not sure what I should do next to try to fix this. Anybody have an idea of what I should do? Thanks for any help.
