It has been a while since I have been here because everything was working great, but now I have a problem I can't solve on my own. I have a D-LINK DIR-655 router, D-LINK DGE-530T NIC and a NETGEAR FA-120 USB ETHERNET adapter connected to my DIRECTIVO. About a week ago everything was fine until I lost my internet connection, so I ended up having to re-set my router and do a new install. I got my connection back, but now the FA-120 will not show up on my network regardless of what I do. Prior to the problem I could do file transfers to my computer from the DRECTIVO, communicate via TELNET or FTP and I was able to view pictures from my computer on my TV or listen to MP3s on my stereo which is connected to my DIRECTIVO. What do you think happened and how do I get the FA-120 to show up on my network again?

Thanx in advance for any help sent my way!
Jack

It is possible that when you re-set your router you turned off it's DHCP server function.

Make sure it is on.

Also, you have to re-boot your tivo whenever your router is booted unless the tivo is using a static IP address.

Another possibility is that the reset of the router changed your subnet.
