Hi all,
So I'm finally jumping on the S3 bandwagon with the latest $200 rebate offer - I was actually going to do it before but luckily work-related travel delayed my purchase until I found out about the rebate. Thank you everyone for saving me the trouble of a return and repurchase!
In the past, I've always backed up my virgin drive for peace-of-mind and to minimize downtime when upgrading the internal drive. With the eSata option available and the need to have the cablecards installed, I was thinking of either waiting until later to do the backup - or go without and maybe get an image from some ftp site that someone will hopefully PM to me. ;)
Do wiser folks have any recommendations for me?
BTW, I intend on going the eSata route for upgrading capacity and have Cablevision as my cableco.
