This morning my S3 began freezing after watching HBO HD for about 10 minutes. The only way to get rid of the freeze is to do a cold reboot.
I called TIVO customer support, and they were not sure what the problem could be. I'm testing other channels now to see if any of those freeze. I am on 8.3.1, and I have not received an update to the software since May 11.
There is another thread on here (several weeks old) where people were having problems with HBO, but nobody had identified a solution.
Does anyone have any ideas? Should I just call Cablevision and describe it to them as a Cable Card issue? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
