Are S3 transfers allowed now ? Going to tivo -dot- com to manage my account.

I can select the button, but saving the changes unselects it.

Not yet. This may (hopefully) be a sign that they are going to enable some limited form of MRV soon, but who really knows?

Are S3 transfers allowed now ?I reported the same thing back on 4/19. It might be an indication of allowing it soon or they're testing it now. ;)

Not at this time. Yuo will see a lot of buzz when it happens, if it does.

That is what I figured. Just wanted to make sure it was not a vista or firefox browser issue that was preventing that checkbox from being saved ....

I am sure TiVo is working very hard to persause Cable Labs to give them the ok on this. TiVo will sell a lot of S3's to folks that already own an S3. It will also sell alot of double sales to new S3 owners (meaning new folks might buy 2 units because you can MRV).
