Lost channel

I am not sure I am in the right forum.

My Toshiba Tivo with DVD seems to have lost the FX channel (248 DirecTV). I tried checking the channels you receive and it is not there, nor is it in the guide. I even did a search for The Shield. It is listed as reruns on other channels.

My DirecTV Tivo has the channel.

What must one do to return a lost channel?

Many of of us have the same problem.

I called and talked with a very professional and responsive TiVO tech-spport gal.

She confirmed the problem, with me, others and even herself, however couldn't explain the why of the issue.

She opened up a service ticket on it, so I can confirm for you, TiVO is aware of the problem and is actively working on a solution. :up:
