Is it possible to use a zippered Dtivo to view home movies stored on a mac?Depending on how many you have, it might be easier just to convert to .ty format and load them into the the DTivo with mfs_ftp. Or, take a look at tivoserver, which can handle a number of video file types and do conversions on-the-fly if needed.

In general, the "other" forum is a better place to look for under the hood information about Tivos and DTivos. You just have to read & search, no need to post; but if you do post, don't mention Zipper.
