can series 3 HD-TIVO output HDMI & Component simulataneously?

Hi.

This is my first post in this forum.
I'm going to order the new HD Tivo when the rebate hits. My plan was to hook up the HDMI output to directly to my home theater panel in the living room and the component output/analog audio connections to a distributed audio/video system for use on panels throughout the rest of the house.

Can this unit output HDMI AND component at the same time, or do I need to switch between them?

It outputs both at the same time. However, others have run into issues when HDMI is connected but there's no HDMI sync (i.e. the HDMI screen is off).
