Simple suggestion: Show program length in Recording History
"Recording History" shows the name, date, time and channel of a conflicting program. But it does not show how long a program is. This makes it up to impossible to figure out why a show may have a conflict.
Example:
SHOW A on 04/15/2007 at 10:00, channel X
conflicts with
SHOW B at 11:00, channel Y
I suspect that SHOW A is only an hour. It should have worked. What happened? How would one guess what the problem is if they can't at least verify the length of show A.
