Changing channels on Directv box

I am having a lot of problems with Tivo changing the channels on my Directv box. I am using the IR setup and have attempted creating a 'cloud' to no avail. There isn't any pattern or any set of channels that don't work; it seems to be random. There is an attempt to change the channel but it doesn't actually happen. Has anyone experienced the same issues?

Sorry, I did not see the other thread about IR. If you have anything new on the subject I would really appreciate it.

Sounds like you have the D11 receiver. That may work 40% of the time with IR. If you can, change to a D10 or the Newer D12 receiver. The D12 seems to work fine with IR.
