I'm thinking about setting up a network so that I can connect my Media Center PC to my Tivo. However, the only reason I would want to do this would be so that I could record shows on my PC, but then transfer them to my Tivo for viewing on my television.
I called Tivo tech support and they said they don't support this function or provide information on it, but implied that it can be done. They also suggested that I talk to people in a Tivo forum about this. Well here I am.
Can anyone explain to me how this is done, including what hardware and/or software I might need to do this? Right now, I still have the original set-up without any kind of a network, so I will need detailed info on this. Please Help. I would greatly appreciate it!
