Replacing Hard Drive

I have a hughes dvr for TIVO. The drive is too small and I would like to replace it. It is only 35 hrs. I have a western Digital 120 gig hard drive I would like to replace it with. How do I format it and is it easy to replace in the unit?

You'll need a PC with a CD drive and be kind of a geek (not a big geek just a little one) to do it yourself. Follow the instructions here:
