Hello. My Name is Tony. I have had a TiVo for years and just started to use mine yesterday-I had to send my old one to TiVo and they replaced it as the old one couldn't connect via digital phone to get software updates that would allow it to connect to the router for net use! Anyway, It works but I can't view pics as it doesn't see my computer. TiVo said open/forward ports, call the router company. Netgear won't help unless it's under warranty. So I opened the ports on XP Home, forwarded them on the router, made a static IP and changed the DHCP range, entered my computer's IP in the TiVo, re-started the TiVo, and I'm stuck! Can anyone help? :)
