Can a 540 and a Humax work together for multi room viewing?

The info at tivo seems to imply not....clicking the bottom link there pulls up a list of models that support this. Am I missing something?

That appears to be an old list that has not been updated since it was authored. All Series 2 units should support these features. Notice they do not even have the new S2DT (649)units listed, no any of the Humax units. I have no MRV issues with my Humax 595 and 240 box, so I suspect you will not either.

Yes they will. Also, contrary to TiVo's documentation, non-DVD TiVo units will play MPEG files with AC3 audio. So if you want to transfer files to your TiVo via the come back feature, don't worry if it has AC3 audio.
