Yahoo! to close Yahoo! Photos in favor of Flickr

:up: I hope this means that TiVo will move Flickr's Featured Photos from the HD Photo app within TiVo Desktop 2.4 to the main TiVo interface.

I am so angry at Yahoo! for this stupid move. Yahoo! photos is NOTHING at all like FLICckr. I don't have anything against Flickr I had a flickr account before yahoo purchased it, but I don't put my digital photos that I share with friends on Flickr. Flickr is if you want random people to see your photos and I don't.

According to the Flickr tour, you can have private photos that you can make available only to friends and family through invites that you send.
