I found out today that my cablecards are not seeing any channels at all and haven't been since Friday night!
I called TWC today and they said they did a network upgrade which affected all of the installed cablecards. Their solution was to pull out/put in the cablecard.
That didn't work for me, so now I have to have a tech come in to check things out.
The cards look good from the CP screen. I can see CP Auth received and I see the EMM count go up when they sent a refresh, but the test channels screen is just sitting there saying "Aquiring channels".
It really sucks since I've had zero problems with my cards for at least 6 months now. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
Just wondering if anyone else got around this without a tech visit.
