Hey guys, I know this is the entirely WRONG place for this, so if someone could either direct me as to where to go, or answer my question, I'd be forever grateful.

I just went to my account on Directv.com and wanted to view my bill online. I got the following message:

Sorry, but this service is not available for your account. Please call the phone number on your bill for assistance.

Can someone tell me why I would get this message? Thanks in advance.

I'm getting that message since DirecTV kicked me out of the online billing a couple months ago for some reason. I need to re-enroll to see the bill online again.

That's what I was thinking.

If you've got the time to ask the question here why not take the time to call the phone number ?

I assume you have enrolled for online account access.

I am pretty sure I have. When I click on the "my account" button, it says, "welcome back, phatmatt". I am assuming that means I have enrolled. Unless it means something different than I think.

If you are enrolled in online billing you will receive an email each month that reads in part:
=================
Dear DIRECTV Customer:

Your new bill for DIRECTV account 000xxxxxx is now available online. Your total amount due is $xxx.xx.

Payment is due by ...
===================

If you do not receive such a notice then you are not enrolled. Also, I believe, if the email address becomes invalid and you fail to update it within a couple of months the online option is removed until it is updated.

Of course all the above is from my memory and I have no connection to DTV other than as a customer. ( The last is needed because of some messages I received after I tried to help another poster in another thread. Remember, knowledge does NOT equal connections.)

I am enrolled for online billing, can view and pay for my account online, but have never received an email from Directv about my bill?

If you can log in to your account online, then yes you are enrolled.
