season pass option

There is a tv series on msnbc and tivo doesnt give me an option for season pass. Anyone know the reason for it?

Probably because the Guide Data does not accurately reflect that it's a "series" rather than a "one time" event.

But if it is also marked as "special" it won't allow SPs.
