Going back through guided setup after changing from cable (channels 25-34?) to dish network. When I get to the step where it asks about the input, it has a black background. Before I started guided setup, I tuned TiVo to channel 3 manually and it came in fine. The menu that shows Video In, SVideo In and RF In shows signal on both RF In and video In; still only shows black background. Hook same video cables directly to TV and get a picture no problem. While I have not tried the video in before, the RF in has been working fine, and like I said before guided setup tuning to channel 3 on the TiVo showed the video and audio and unknown channel on the tivo since it knew nothing about the new dish at that time.

I finally told it to skip that step that I would troubleshoot it later. I hope it will work. Uopdating is taking forever, and the network which was working fine did not work so I had to connect it via phone!
Any ideas? Is my video in bad? If so, why does not the RF in work? Wierd...
