Philips DSR7000 symptoms and request for part

There are two Directivo's a philips dsr7000/17 and a Hughes. The both are modified for HMO, networked etc. Some channels on the Philips get pixelated from time to time - only specific channels, say 501 for example. 501 works fine on the Hughes. I swapped hard drives and found that the Philips HD works fine in the Hughes (although no recordings are available - I'd have to clear all for that to work - not a preferred option)

Diagnosis: bad tuner or other component on the logic board. Can anyone verify? Further, know where I can find one?

Could be a bad tuner. Could also be a bad cable/connector or multiswitch/dish output feeding that room. Try swapping the two DVRs to see if the problem "moves".
