receiver stuck in the clear to do list

i wanted to clear the to do list, so i sellected to clear it.

however after a few hours the picture still says "this may take an hour"

what can i do?

i have already tried to unplug the receiver and reboot it, but it goes right back to this screen.

Give it more time. Are you sure you didn't do a Clear and Delete Everything?

Clear & Delete Everything can take a long time. It has to do a lot of housekeeping to remove all evidence of past use and restore it to pristine condition.

Leave it overnight and report here. Good luck.
