Changing Channels Comcast Digital

Hello;

While accessing the my Wishlist, by pressing the "Watch Now" button, the channel do not change but stay where it was before.

However, if I select "Record this showing", instead of watching, it does record the proper program.

Does anyone have an idea what do I need to do to make this work?
