Series 2 vs Series 2 Dual Tuner

Are there any limitations on upgrading or hacking on a Dual tuner Series 2 vs a regular Series 2? I know there's a bunch of stuff I shouldn't count on being able to do with a Series 3, but I'm not clear if the Dual tuner Series 2 has any particular stuff that won't work with it. tia

Upgrading, no, except you need a special bracket if you want to run dual drives in the DT, for the second tuner is in the way of a normal dual-drive bracket.

For hacking, just the PROM kernel signature checks is the major block to that. A PROM mod needs executed for system hacks to be doable.
