The trailers are keepers!

"(This weather) it's practically Canadian."

Now this is Ben Edlund's writing at it's best. Inside jokes, plots within plots, making fun of the boss (McG). What a fun episode.

They shoot Supernatural in Vancouver.

I really liked this episode - Dean's Bruce Willis impression, the constant in-jokes. I loved that they took a shot at Eric Kripke's movie work.

"Boogeyman? That script sucked." :D

Ummm, zoom?I should not be one to disparage explainers.

It has been suggested to me, many times, that I add explainers to my posts (in this case explaining my "explainer"). I have been put on ignore by people who need explainers. I have gotten long, heartfelt PMs from moderators who need explainers. My wife occasionally needs explainers, as does one of my three children (he's an engineer). I have looked to God most of my life for explainers (He doesn't do them either, not even an occasional emoticon just to give you a hint).

It is possible that expainers 24/7 in all aspects of art and life could bring about universal love and understanding, and world peace.

This show shines when they throw in humor like this episode was filled with.

I quite enjoyed this episode. At the same time I got the impression that there were jokes going on that I wasn't getting.

And then the next show on the tour was Lois and Clark. Was that an allusion to the actor who plays Dean's work on Smallville? Or was someone else on Supernatural tied to the show with Dean Cain and whats-her-name?

Or was someone else on Supernatural tied to the show with Dean Cain and whats-her-name?There's at least two writers that have done both LaC and Supernatural, but I'm guessing that the reference was simply that both LaC and Gilmore Girls really were filmed on the Warner Bros. lot the tour was supposed to be in.
